Your fertility clinic gave you a list
The lists we receive often contain: hormone values such as AMH, FSH, LH, oestradiol and prolactin, thyroid values, and an infectious screen covering HIV, HBsAg, anti-HCV, syphilis and rubella, plus your blood group. Upload the list exactly as you received it. We match every line against our catalogue and show you what we can and cannot run before you pay.

You have a prescription from a doctor abroad
A prescription in Italian, Polish, English or Arabic is fine. Our catalogue recognises determinations in several languages and by abbreviation, so you do not have to translate anything yourself. You do not need a referral from a Dutch GP.

Better to know now than afterwards. These are the determinations and situations where we have to disappoint you, or where your choice of location narrows.
- We do not perform a glucose tolerance test (OGTT), and timed multi-draw series are not supported at our collection points.
- Urine ACR is supplied as albumin and creatinine separately; the ratio is not calculated automatically.
- MCH and MCHC are not in our catalogue.
- Fibrinogen is not available at DvU in Eindhoven.
- Choosing the Omega-3 Index narrows you to six collection locations instead of all of them.
- Transferrin saturation, free testosterone, LDL, VLDL and eGFR are calculated from measured values. They are not measured separately and are not billed separately.
- Some requests are not in our catalogue at all, for example HEV-IgM, alpha-1-antitrypsin and HCV-RNA follow-up testing.
